Kelly McMahon, President - Originally born and raised in sunny South Florida. Prior to Joining the T & M Family she worked as an elementary school teacher for the Broward County Schools system. Kelly brings leadership and innovation to our company from her many years as a teacher in the classroom. She holds a Bachelors or Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in Elementary Education. Kelly is a mother of one, when she is not in the field or in the office she is at home enjoying time with her family.
Thomas McMahon, Founder and Vice President- Originally from Waterbury, Connecticut. Tom McMahon founded South Florida's leading janitorial service and building maintenance company in 1963. With close to fifty years making it his mission to make Florida a safer, cleaner and greener place. Member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Beginning at the age of 17, he has expanded the operations to include industrial, automotive, and commercial cleaning accounts. He enjoys making his business a family operation and works alongside his daughters, Kimberly and Kelly Ann and son, Thomas Richard. When not working, he is an avid amateur photographer and can be seen taking photos at many civic and community events.
Robson De Jesus, VP of Operation and Facilities Management- Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. After serving in Brazilian Air Force, Robson decided to “take his wings” and soar after the American Dream. Shortly after coming to the United States, Robson joined T & M and has furthered his career with certifications as an Emergency Response Manager as well as, a Green Cleaning Application Specialist (GCAS) with a total of 20 years of extensive on-site and off-site commercial cleaning experience. Robson's experience, sense of urgency and responsibility creates a loyal customer satisfaction following and is a great asset to the daily leadership of the environmental pursuits of the company. When not working, He can be seen with his wife, at various sporting and auto racing events.
Michel Martinez, Controller and Director of Finance and Administration- Originally from Bogota, Colombia. Fluent in English and Spanish. Prior to joining the team, Michel included a position with one of the largest supermarket chains in the southeast. Her experience in dealing with bookkeeping, finance and administration makes her a valuable asset to our daily schedule of valuable clients and employees. She has been with us for 15 years. During her free time Michel enjoys keeping a healthy lifestyle and pushing herself to the limit with a rigorous workout regime.
Thomas R McMahon Project Mgr. At a young age, Tom McMahon, Jr, was alongside his father learning the family business. Tom knows he has many qualities to offer in the family business. Today you can find Tom developing websites, managing social media implementing the most up to date technology in the industry. In his free time you can find him hosting fundraising events and sitting on the board at the Pompano Beach Historical Society.
John Scheets, VP of Procurement and Green Purchasing- Originally from Chicago, Illinois. With a career encompassing more than 37 years, John has extensive experience in all aspects of cleaning and utilizes his skills to manage a team of associates in procurement of the latest green cleaning technology analyzing the workplace safety for both our clients and our employees. He uses his savy negotiation skills to acquire the best possible products for our accounts. Father of 2 and grandfather of 2. Married for 37 years. When not working, John enjoys hunting and fishing.
Jane Chapman, Accounting and Auditing-Originally from Gary, Indiana. Ms. Chapman has been with us almost since our inception. Having been an integral part of the company- she has filled various positions and has tremendous knowledge of the cleaning and property management field. She has experience as a Professional Community Association Manager ( PCAM) as well as a Professional Property Manager. Mother of 3. She was married for 50 years, until the unfortunate passing of her husband. She now enjoys various pursuits in her semi-retirement.
Rick Macher, Environmental Consultant- Originally from Michigan. Rick brings of 30 years of practical business experience. His capacity with us is utilizing his experience to further the environmental goals of the company. He holds certifications from ISSA as Certified Green Cleaning Professional, and Green Cleaning Consultant. Member of the International Facility Management Association. Certifications from OSHA, LEED Certification for Existing Buildings. Certification from the Florida Board of Nursing in various pathogens. During his free time he enjoys sightseeing and religious activities.
Paul J. Lane, Esq.,Chief Legal Counsel- Mr. Lane serves as our chief legal counsel and oversees all aspects of T & M's legal affairs.
Christine King, Reception and Human Resources Assistant- Originally from Reno, Arkansas. Christine bring practical experience from her own history of small business ownership. She has been with us for 8 years. Her sage advice, efficiency and pleasant demeanor is valued by all of the T & M associates. Mother of 2. Grandmother of 5. Great-Grandmother of 1. Married for over 50 years until the unfortunate passing of her husband 10 years ago. She enjoys reading in her free-time and is involved in her condo management.
John Roettger, Machine Technician- Originally from Astoria, New York. Prior to joining our team 15 years ago, John had over 25 years of retail/wholesale sales experience. A certified Diesel Mechanic. He keeps our machinery, from vacuums to buffing machines running in tip- top shape. His hobbies include automotive tinkering and running after his two enormous Great Danes and his fury felines.
